PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES
In-stock items ship within 3 business days.
Made-to-order items are individually created for you. Please allow the following for production time:
Pillows and wall quilts: 2 - 3 weeks
Throw, Twin, Queen and King size quilts: 4 - 8 weeks
Note: If you need a custom item on a shorter timeline, please use the Contact Form to request an express order. As a one-woman shop, I try my best to meet requests, and will be glad to work with you about what is possible!
Shipping cost is calculated by weight. All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail; refer to order options for estimated shipping time. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I want each piece you purchase to bring joy to your home, wherever that may be. If you’re unhappy with your purchase in any way, please use our Contact Form within 14 days of receipt, and we can discuss an exchange for another piece or store credit.
Please note that each item from my shop is handcrafted and may include small irregularities (‘maker’s marks’) that don’t compromise the overall look or function of the product. If there is a larger noticeable fault, please get in touch so we can make it right.
Custom and sale items cannot be returned.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Check your tracking number for information on your package’s location, and allow a day or two beyond the expected delivery to account for mail handling delays. If your package is lost, please use the Contact Form to notify me and I will work with the carrier to investigate.
Ensure you have packages shipped to a secure location; once a package is marked as delivered, it is not covered by USPS insurance.
